 Our furnished accommodation flats are situated in the colorful area of Capital Park in Pretoria.  We have several options available to suit our clients needs, ranging from 1 bedroom bachelor flats to 3 bedroom flats.  Clients can choose to book for short stays or sign a monthly or annual contract. 

Steve Biko Hospital and Eugene Marais Hospitals are only a few kilometers from us which makes short stays very comfortable for family members and friends to visit their loved ones.  Our flats are Covid regulated and positive tested patients are welcome to isolate for short periods as prescribed. 

We are a favorite among students, especially TUT (Tshwane University of Technology)and only 2 km from us. Medical students are also welcome to make use of our affordable accommodation, Steve Biko Hospital is around the corner.  The University of Pretoria is only 8 kilometers from our accommodation and Hatfield Gautrain.   Pretoria Gautrain station is 5 kilometers away and reduce the driving time for travelers. 

Trouw Street and Flowers Street run through Capital Park and are important lanes between the northeast and western suburbs of Pretoria. Paul Kruger Street serves as the main route between northern suburbs and the Pretoria Central Business Center. Capital Park is commonly known as a favourite neighbourhood for the capital's artist community. Capital Park is also home to the terminus of the world-renowned Rovos Rail luxury cruise train, which transports passengers in comfort to Cape Town, Dar es Salaam, Durban, or Victoria Falls.
